We are always looking for new opportunities to purchase and develop land and buildings.

Garland Homes has undertaken land transactions ranging from joint venture Option Agreement contracts with land owners to unconditional land and building purchases. We are fully funded and do not require external funding for purchase. This enables us to move swiftly on any purchase and any land owner or agent will deal directly with the owners of our company for a very personal approach.

Each opportunity is fully individually assessed and approached with great care and diligence with regards to the buildings and surroundings, to ensure that our developments are bespoke and crafted with care. As can be seen from our portfolio, the design process and liaison with planners early on has benefitted not only our planning outcomes, but the developments themselves and the neighbouring communities they sit within.
