This individual development was created from securing planning for a new 3 bedroom detached home on the side garden of a large detached house in Farnham.

We undertook all professional and design works alongside the owners under an option agreement and managed the sale to a local builder who completed the scheme in 2017. This ensured the landowners interests and value in the land were managed and maximised, whilst ensuring they had control over the exact requirements important to them.
