Addlestone Lodge, Addlestone

Addlestone Lodge was a former nursing and care home which had run in to disrepair and no longer served its previous commercial use. Garland Homes purchased the land through an Option Agreement with the land owner to ensure the land value was maximised.

We undertook all professional and design works and obtained planning permission through Runnymede BC on our first application for the demolition of the existing care home and replacement with 7No residential homes with a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom semi and detached homes. All units have been built and sold.
