Higher Drive, Purley

Higher Drive, Purley was a former detached chalet bungalow on a large plot within this tree lined residential area. Garland Homes obtained the planning permission for the demolition of the previous 4 bedroom bungalow in order to provide a contemporary development of 9No apartments.

We undertook all professional and design works alongside the owners under an option agreement and managed the sale to a local builder who completed the scheme in Summer 2021. This ensured the landowners interests and value in the land were managed and maximised.
