Underslaw Farm, Cranleigh

Underslaw Farm is a development constructed on a former equestrian sand school to a private residence in Cranleigh. Garland Homes undertook the design and planning submission to create a bespoke development of 4No new three bedroom homes.

The design was based around the horse-shoe to ensure the design echoed back to it’s former use. This created a beautiful courtyard style development which was completed in summer 2021.
